But what we REALLY want to know is, what do YOU want to know? Is there a rum (or another spirit) that you've always wondered what it tasted like? Is there a term you've heard, but you don't really understand what it means or why something is called what it is called?
Is there a cocktail you'd love to learn how to make? Do you want to know how to make those cool smokey drinks? Do you want to understand why anyone would do that in the first place? Do you know an amazing bar or hole in the wall that you'd love us to feature?
